CARY, N.C. -- Global Knowledge, recently named VMware's Global Education Partner of the Year, today announced the availability of new VMware fast track training.
In the five-day VMware vSphere: Fast Track [V4.1], a fast-paced, extended-hours course, students will learn to install, configure, and manage VMware([R]) vSphere[TM] using the VMware vSphere Client and VMware vSphere PowerCLI. A fifty-fifty split between lecture and hands-on labs, this new VMware fast track course includes the content of VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V4.1] and VMware vSphere: Automation with vSphere PowerCLI [V4.x]. Based on VMware ESX[TM]/ESXi 4.1 and VMware vCenter[TM] Server 4.1, VMware vSphere: Fast Track [V4.1] helps students prepare for the VMware Certified Professional on vSphere 4 (VCP4) certification exam and includes a prepaid VCP4 exam voucher.
Additional new VMware fast track courses from Global Knowledge are VMware vSphere: Advanced Fast Track [V4.x], a lab-intensive course in which students will gain advanced VMware vSphere performance management and troubleshooting skills, and VMware View: Desktop Fast Track [V4.5], a hands-on course based on VMware View[TM] 4.5 and VMware ThinApp[TM] 4.5 and 4.6 in which applications-oriented administrators will build skills on the VMware View suite of products.
